Boerderij de Baat
Located besides the little river de Giessen lays the village Giessen-Oudekerk. This is the place where the dairy farm of
de Baat family is established.
Large apartment
On the former hayloft of our monumental farm we created a large apartment (100 m²) with accommodation for 8 à 10 persons. The apartment has a proper entrance on the Westside of the farm. There is a possibility to park your car(s) and sit outside. There is also a little terrace besides the little river.
Here it is very nice to take a swim. You can use 2 canoes,
a rowingboat and a surfboard.
In the spacious living room you find an internet connection, TV, DVD-player, Radio/CD-player and some games. The kitchen is well equipped. The kitchen and the living room are in one but seem separated by the difference in floor height
The two spacious bedrooms have each one double bed and two single beds. One of the bedrooms has a washing stand and the single beds are cupboard beds. In both rooms we can put an additional bed and maintain the livingspace.
There is a toilet and a bathroom with shower and toilet.Interesting
A stay at the farm is very interesting. In case you would like to know more we offer a free tour with a visit to the milking stable. Also for children we give a comprehensible explanation.
We have no fixed day of arrival or departure. Prices are therefore for every visitor different.
